Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data the operator of this website collects, why, and what rights you have. We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. Who is responsible
The operator of this website (“we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, the page that referred you and the time of your visit.
- Cookies: none. This website does not set cookies or store identifiers in your browser, as explained in our Cookie Policy.
- Messages: your email address and anything you include when you write to us.
We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, payment details or identity documents.
We do not use analytics or tracking tools. We do not measure how visitors use the website and do not build profiles of visitors.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To run and secure the website and keep it available: our legitimate interests.
- To display the website in its intended fonts, which your browser loads from Google Fonts: our legitimate interests.
- To answer your messages: our legitimate interests.
- To meet legal obligations, where they apply: legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
We use a hosting provider, which processes technical data on our behalf and under contract. The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: when you open a page, your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address and browser data and handles them under its own privacy policy. Links to games carry a partner reference in their web address, so when you follow one, the third-party platform can tell that you came from this website; it receives information about your visit and handles it under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Technical data are normally kept for no longer than 24 months; emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange.
7. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased or its use restricted in certain cases;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format, where applicable.
To use these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by phone on 0303 123 1113.
9. Age
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The current version is always published on this page.
